I’ll tell ya.

I’ve been in the fitness industry for 30 years, and it made me sick. Literally.

As a former Beachbody trainer, I was doing multiple workouts per day, filling my body with “fake” food, and pushing myself to the limit. 

I felt like crap.

What I was doing wasn’t sustainable. 

And now, at 55 years old, I can tell you that I am in the best shape of my life. 

It feels amazing to be able to say that. 

I don’t exercise all the time, and I still indulge in all my favorite foods (and even some cocktails). 

I figured some things out on my 30-year fitness journey, and I want to share them with you.
