You’re invited to a live beginner mobility and strength workout with Chalene on the first day of the event. Nervous? No worries—this is all about shaking off those pre-event jitters and having a blast.
📅 March 18 – Your Night, Your Way (or VIP Pajama Party!)
The first official night, you’re on your own—hit the strip, grab dinner, or decompress with a glass of wine in your sweatpants. For Queen-level attendees: You’ll be invited to a girls-only pajama party—a relaxed, intimate mixer with Chalene and a small group of fellow VIPs. We wrap it all up with an epic Dance Party hosted by DJ Petra Kolber! Whether you’re there to shake it on the dance floor or just watch women live their best lives, this is the ultimate judgment-free space to let loose. Some of you have been waiting for an excuse to dance—this is it!
Oh hell no. Think: movement, laughter, beauty demos, real talk, and lots of fun surprises. It’s the opposite of sitting in a ballroom taking notes all day.
Girl, don’t stress about this. I promise—everything goes.
It’s me, Chalene, and you know I love any excuse to throw on my highest heels and something totally over the top… even if it’s just for a Target run. But listen, you do you. If yoga pants and a cozy sweatshirt are your vibe, rock it. If you wanna show up in a prom dress and a crown, go for it! There’s zero judgment here.
If it were me? I’d pack something to get my steps in before the conference, something comfy enough for two days of in-and-out lectures, and a dance party outfit that can handle mild twerking (and maybe a little sweat).

This is technically in Henderson, Nevada, which is just outside Las Vegas and away from the strip. The good news? If you do love that scene, you can easily take an Uber, but this gorgeous resort doesn’t feel like Vegas. It’s quiet, modern, and we pretty much take it over with our girls.

Totally doable. Once you register, you’ll get access to our private Facebook group where you can connect with other women looking for roommates. We can’t guarantee she won’t snore, but you’ll probably find your new best friend. Plus, we’ve negotiated a smoking-hot room rate for attendees, which you’ll receive after registering.
If the M Resort’s website says it’s sold out, don’t panic. We’ve reserved a large block of rooms at a special rate. If those do happen to sell out, we’ll provide nearby hotel options and help you connect with other attendees who may have extra space. The M Resort Spa Casino is located in Henderson, Nevada, about 10–15 minutes (roughly 10 miles) from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). It’s an easy drive straight down I-15 South, and most rideshares or taxis cost about $25–$35 each way. If you’re staying at The M Resort, they also offer a free shuttle. Otherwise, Uber or Lyft are quick and convenient options.
Official activities start early in the morning on March 18th and wrap up after our big dance party the evening of March 19th. For the full experience, plan to arrive by midday on March 17th so you can join our welcome mixer and movement session with Chalene and her mom that evening. We recommend flying home on March 20th so you can dance the night away on the 19th, sleep in, enjoy your coffee, and head home with a big smile on your face.

No and no. We like to dance during breaks between speakers, but there are no structured workouts (aside from a fun, optional movement session on the evening of March 17th).

There’s no age restriction. Just know we talk about midlife topics, so you’ll definitely learn things that will help you feel ahead of the game. Most attendees are in their 40s to 60s, but everyone fits right in.
Unfortunately, no. This is an adult event for adult women, but we love that you’re already thinking about her.
Perfect. Most women come solo, and that’s part of the magic. Last year, the only “regrets” came from women who came with friends and stuck together the whole time. Arriving solo helps you step outside your comfort zone, meet incredible women, and form lifelong connections.

Most sessions run roughly 9 to 5, with a 90-minute to 2-hour lunch break each day. Evening events are optional, so you can rest, explore, or hang with your new friends.
Perfect. You’re our people. If you’d rather stay low-key, you can absolutely do that. But if you’re open to connecting, we make it easy, even for introverts, to feel comfortable, welcomed, and included.
We schedule several 15-minute breaks throughout the day and a 2-hour lunch break on both days. But girl, you can dip whenever you need to.
You’re more than welcome to bring your own snacks and water (we highly suggest bringing your own refillable water bottles). The platinum lounge for the Queen tier will have water, coffee, and tea stations. Everyone has access to on-site restaurants, cafes, and shops.
The Babes (general admission) will have the option to eat at any of the hotel restaurants and cafes, or off-site. Those on the Queen and Hottie tier will enjoy 2 catered lunches for Q & A’s with Chalene and her special guests.
Sure! When it comes to priceless info and advice you’ll get or that brilliant idea that strikes, I’m a big fan of pen to paper, but I promise there won’t be a test at the end… just a party!
